Financial Development Specialist
This individual must have knowledge of fundraising principles and practices, hands-on experience with direct mail programs and techniques. Ability to solicit gifts from donors and to understand, interpret, and present financial data in an understandable manner. This individual would manage and coordinate key fundraising activities, special events, write grant proposals and provide direction to third party fundraisers.
Must be proficient in computer operations- Microsoft Office/data base software, have excellent written, communication, public speaking and presentation skills. Must be detailed oriented and have excellent organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and overtime when required.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; and two to four years experience in fundraising, special events, public relations or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

After Hours Monitor
Greene County Emergency Housing Program
Xenia, Ohio
Responsible for monitoring emergency housing program units to ensure a safe and secure environment. Must patrol/secure buildings and grounds, provide support to caseworker when inspections are conducted, perform light janitorial duties for office and empty units, and provide transportation to clients in EHP van. Must enforce rules and regulations and maintain logs.
This job is full-time Monday through Friday from 10:00 pm – 6:00 am.
Flexibility is needed as hours may vary and may include weekend shifts.
Mature candidates encouraged to apply.
High school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.

On Call Instructors
English and Spanish Speaking Needed
This position requires a person to conduct American Red Cross CPR and First Aid programs. Person must have strong communication, interpersonal, customer relations and organizational skills. Both English and fluent Spanish speaking Instructors are needed.
Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and able to lift or move 25 pounds. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Prior teaching and /or training experience preferred.

- Perform general clerical support to include: filing, copying, data entry, coding of invoices
- Perform reconciliation for petty cash and inventories
